TEETH WHITENING

Your smile might get you down. Thanks to our professional tooth whitening you may achieve a brighter and whiter smile.

We suggest you follow our home whitening program. If you do choose our at home program, we will explain to you the different steps to follow.

Here are a few words of advice for safe teeth whitening:

Brush and floss your teeth carefully before placing your custom-made mouthguards or bleaching trays;

Use a third of the whitening syringe to fill the front part of the trays;

Insert the trays and leave on for the length discussed with your dentist;

Remove the trays or mouthguards when time is up. Delicately rinse and brush the trays with your toothbrush to avoid damaging them.

Sometimes teeth and gums can become sensitive during the whitening treatment. If pain persists, it is important to discuss this with your dentist.

Your teeth are more susceptible to stains during treatment so it is important to reduce and best avoid smoking, tea, coffee and red wine since these are the main culprits inducing tooth color to change.
